Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our Cognitive Task Analysis platform. These terms govern your access to and use of Cognify.team's services.

Introduction

Welcome to Cognify.team ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our AI-powered Cognitive Task Analysis platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by other means to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.

User Obligations

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • check_circle Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the AI models.
  • check_circle Use the Services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • check_circle Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

Your Expert Knowledge

We recognize the value of your cognitive data. Any expert knowledge, process maps, or specific domain inputs you provide remain 100% your property.

Your Content: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data, text, and expert knowledge you submit to the Services ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

Cognify.team IP: The Services, including the AI models, algorithms, software, and interface design, are the exclusive property of Cognify.team and its licensors.

Enterprise Terms

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization under a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Enterprise Agreement:

The terms of your MSA or Enterprise Agreement will take precedence over these Terms of Service in the event of any conflict.

Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and dedicated support channels are defined in your specific enterprise contract.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COGNIFY.TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
